This is the most popular Crater ride we do! The elevation
change is approximately 2,500' to the Crater floor along 3.8 miles of gently
sloping trails! Round trip totals 7.6 miles of incredible scenery! |

Necessities:
Our crater horseback tours take place at the world famous Haleakala Crater
on Maui, approximately 10,000 feet above sea level. We suggest that you
dress warmly in layers and bring a hat and sunscreen. Long pants, socks,
closed toe shoes or boots. Rarely do we
have a rider that has problems with elevation, but it is something to consider
before going on a crater ride. |
PANIOLO RIDE

Two hour ride across scenic Haleakala Ranch. Includes refreshment stop. Views of
Maui and the ocean in the background are spectacular and the environment is so
peaceful! |

MAUKA RIDE |

beautiful Haleakala. View ancient Chinese walls while riding across lush

We require that all riders weigh less than 235lbs,
be at least 10 years old and under 65 years. No pregnant
riders. We screen for any health concerns with the 10,000 ft. elevation in
terms of heart, lungs or elevation sickness. It is recommended that
a person have prior riding experience. |
