LATATUDES & ADATUDES |
| We are an ecologically-minded company dedicated to the
Education, Exercise and Entertainment of our visitors. Guided tours into
the less traveled areas of the island provide the opportunity to introduce
our guests to the delicate flora and fauna of the region while allowing
us the chance to demonstrate the importance of preserving our environment.
After the "hands-on" experience of our tours, we feel that guests
leave us with a "sense of place" and an understanding of the critical
issue of preserving our natural resources. We feature hiking excursions to cascading waterfalls for
the adventurous traveler, and cultural tours to ancient Hawaiian villages,
for those looking to experience traditional Hawaiiana. Our program is designed
to enhance your stay on Maui and furnish you with a full service experience
of the Valley Isle as can only be seen through trained and knowledgeable
eyes. |
This storybook rainforest hike, complete with a waterfall,
is what every guest dreams about. Imagine a green jungle canopy covering
our trail which stretches along a streambed passing by terraced levels that
were once farmed by ancient Hawaiians, culminating at a waterfall pool.
This tour has it all, mystical cascading waterfalls careening off canyon
walls in the distance, exotic fruit trees and local history. What about
food you say? We provide a continental breakfast of fresh fruit, muffins
and hot coffee. Lunch is turkey breast or veggie sandwiches with a vegetable
crudité, dips, chips and local juices served streamside or by the
ocean, depending upon the day. Free transportation included in 14 passenger,
air conditioned vans, limited to 12 guests per van for comfort.
